We have an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join our Short-term Support and Rehabilitation Team - an intermediate care service to promote reablement and maximise independent living at home.
We are looking for an experienced Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary team. We are a friendly, supportive team focused on providing timely rehabilitation goals to achieve maximum independence and safety for our residents in their own homes across the borough of Windsor and Maidenhead.
In order to succeed you must be a good team player, have excellent communication skills and be able to work flexibly to be able to respond to urgent cases. You will also need strong time management and IT skills. A current HCPC registration and a clean full driving licence with daily use of a car is also essential.

The role is full-time (37 hours per week) but part time hours (20 hours per week or more) may be negotiable depending on experience. The shifts are generally Monday to Friday, but occasional Saturday working will be required for duty cover.
